Grosvenor Financial Services

The management of your financial affairs is enhanced by the improved communication and co-ordination resulting from your tax and accounting being conducted in-house at Grosvenor, alongside your other financial management services.

Our clients see real advantages in being able to deal with a single firm rather than a host of unrelated providers. The centrality of records and proximity of files saves time and money.

We enter into long-term relationships with our clients to transform, manage and continuously improve their business in the areas of taxation and accounting and the administration associated with these specialist areas.

What are Taxation and Accounting Services?

Taxation is the calculation of applicable taxes on expenditure and income due under taxation law prevailing at the time of the calculation. Compliance is the term given for the correct interpretation and application of taxation and other laws to an individual and entities such as companies, trusts and partnerships.

Accounting is the documentation of past expenditure and income with the use of appropriate record keeping systems and procedures.

Why Grosvenor Tax and Accounting?

Grosvenor provides clients with a fixed-fee quotation thus avoiding the surprises that a time-cost billing regime can create. The quote covers:

  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Preparation and lodgement of all personal income tax returns and those of any related entities
  • Checking financial year-end assessment notices
  • Work in connection with financial year-end tax projections
  • All telephone inquiries and advice relating to these matters

Grosvenor encourages its clients to call if they need clarification or advice in relation to any taxation matter. Clients are informed and receive a quote in advance where our Tax & Accounting Group are required to carry out a special project or any detailed research on a particular matter that is outside the client’s brief to us and the work covered within the agreed fixed-fee quotation.

Our People

Our team comprises experienced accountants with CA (Chartered Accountant) and CPA (Certified Practising Accountant) qualifications. Taxation accounting is a specialised field that requires astute and accurate interpretation of statutory requirements in conjunction with appropriate consideration of client’s circumstances to maximise their financial position. Interpretation and implementation of the ever changing tax laws and rulings demands attention to detail and an adept application. We believe that the value of our business is in our people and not just the services we provide.
